David M. Cohen

David Cohen has extensive experience in product liability litigation and drug and device litigation. He has served as counsel in numerous Daubert and Frye hearings and pharmaceutical litigation relating to: Manganese welding fume, Metoclopramide, Ephedra, Phentermine, Pulmonary fibrosis, Parkinson’s disease, Methylphenidate and others.

David’s work has been recognized by New York Super Lawyers®, The Best Lawyers in America® and The Legal 500 U.S.

He obtained his J.D. from Fordham University and is admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
