Christy Jones has over 30 years’ trial experience in drug and medical device litigation, product liability, and mass torts. She has served as lead counsel in numerous bellwether cases for major pharmaceutical clients. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Arkansas and is admitted to The Mississippi Bar, the U.S. District Courts Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the Fourth and Fifth Circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court and pro hac vice in many states around the country.

She is a Fellow and Past District 6 Regentof the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and International Academy of Trial Lawyers.  In addition, Christy is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute – Drug and Device Committee, Lawyers for Civil Justice, Defense Trail Academy, Trial Lawyers of America, the Mississippi and Capital Area Bar Associations, and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.

LMG Life Sciences and Benchmark Litigation have named Christy as “Product Liability Attorney of the Year.” She has also been recognized as the “Top Product Liability Attorney in the World” in LMG’s Guide to the World’s Leading Product Liability Lawyers. Additionally, The Mississippi Bar Foundation awarded Christy the “2012 Professionalism Award.” She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America®, Mid-South Super Lawyers® and Chambers USA for her work in litigation.
