Abbott focuses her practice on appeals and written advocacy within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Litigation Group. Abbott has been recognized by Super Lawyers^®, B-Metro, Birmingham Magazine, About Town Magazine and the Birmingham Bar Association. She also clerked for the Honorable Karon Bowdre of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Abbott earned her bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College and her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. She is admitted to the State Bars of Alabama and California.
