David M. Cohen
David Cohen has extensive experience as science counsel in product liability litigation and drug and device litigation. He has served as science counsel at numerous Daubert and Frye hearings and in pharmaceutical and toxic tort litigation relating to acetaminophen, finasteride, hernia mesh, manganese welding fume, metoclopramide, ephedra, methylphenidate, and phentermine involving allegations of neurological, hepatotoxic, cardiovascular, pulmonary, sexual, psychological, and surgical injuries.
David’s work has been recognized by New York Super Lawyers®, The Best Lawyers in America® and The Legal 500 U.S.
He obtained his J.D. from Fordham University and is admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. He clerked for Hon. D. Brook Bartlett in the Western District of Missouri.
