Tommy Williams currently serves as the Firm’s General Counsel and has 35 years’ experience practicing law. He serves as counsel in ethical, professional responsibility and professional liability issues, and his experience also includes malpractice claims, breach of fiduciary obligations, insurance disputes and product liability matters.

Tommy is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and his work in product liability litigation and professional malpractice law has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America®. He is a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and Center for Professional Responsibility for the American Bar Association. He formerly chaired the Ethics Committee for the Mississippi Bar Association.

Tommy obtained his J.D. from the University of Mississippi and is admitted to The Mississippi Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
