Josh Wiener has been a successful trial lawyer in the state and federal courts of Mississippi for over 40 years, handling a wide array of civil cases, including defense of tort actions, business and real estate litigation, and insurance coverage.  A former clerk on the United States Court of Appeals, Josh has achieved a notable record as an appellate lawyer as well.  Josh’s practice also involves counseling numerous clients regarding legal strategy and non-litigated dispute resolution. 

He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® and Mid-South Super Lawyers® for work in business litigation. Josh is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. 

Josh obtained his J.D. from the University of Mississippi and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and United States Supreme Court.
