Scott is a member of the Health Law Group. As a Board-Certified Health Law specialist (Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization), Scott represents hospitals and health systems, single- and multi-specialty physician practices, pharmacies and other health care providers in federal and state health law regulatory, operational, transactional and litigation matters. He also represents clients in certain complex commercial litigation matters.

Scott received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Notre Dame Law School. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana. Scott is AV^®-rated by Martindale-Hubbell^®. He also earned Best Lawyers in America^® for Commercial Litigation in 2023.
