Harrison Webb

Harrison focuses his practice on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in multidistrict litigation and complex product liability matters across the country. His engineering experience enhances his ability to navigate the scientific and regulatory challenges often at the core of high-stakes litigation.

Harrison collaborates closely with clients to develop and implement sophisticated, end-to-end litigation strategies, from early claim evaluation through appeals. He routinely serves on teams leading some of the largest and most high-profile mass torts and global settlements in the country. A skilled advisor in high-pressure environments, Harrison has extensive experience preparing corporate executives for depositions and trial testimony in some of the most challenging jurisdictions in the country. He has also managed large-scale document productions, overseen the development of efficient and defensible e-discovery protocols, and safeguarded clients’ business interests throughout the discovery process.

In addition to his national litigation work, Harrison maintains an active practice across Mississippi. He has represented clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters, including accident investigations, trials in both state and federal courts, and appeals before the Mississippi Supreme Court. His experience also includes representing corporate taxpayers before the United States Tax Court and advising physicians and medical practices in contract disputes and buyout negotiations.
