Paul has tried many lawsuits in jurisdictions across the country, including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Kentucky, Kansas, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Arizona. His products liability trial experience includes pharmaceutical and medical device cases for Johnson & Johnson, Janssen, McNeil and Ethicon, and automotive cases for General Motors, Mazda and Nissan. Paul is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
