Marianne Garner is a member of the Health Law Practice and focuses her practice on healthcare law, commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust law, transactions, regulatory compliance counsel and advice.

Marianne completed her undergraduate education at Spring Hill College and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers®. She is admitted to the State Bars of Tennessee and Mississippi and is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Mississippi Bar Association.
