Kyle R. Cummins
Kyle focuses his practice on all aspects of pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare litigation, including product liability litigation. Kyle has drafted countless dispositive motions in mass-tort litigation and participated in the defense of a global pharmaceutical company in bellwether trials and dispositive hearings. Kyle has been recognized as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America® and “Best of the Bar” by the Memphis Business Journal. He obtained his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Memphis, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of The University of Memphis Law Review. He obtained his B.A., summa cum laude, from Auburn University. Following law school, Kyle clerked for Chief Judge S. Thomas Anderson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
