Katelyn R. Ashton
Katelyn is a member of Butler Snow’s litigation department and practices within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group. Katelyn focuses her practice on pharmaceutical and medical device products liability litigation and has experience in various aspects of discovery and trial preparation in such actions. She previously clerked for Chief Judge S. Thomas Anderson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. She obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from Savannah Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of Savannah Law Review. She obtained her B.S., summa cum laude, from Freed-Hardeman University. She is admitted to the Tennessee State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
