Ben Scott a member of the Firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Group with a practice focused on drug and device litigation, general litigation, commercial litigation and professional liability. He is an active member of the Federal Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. 

Ben obtained his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Mississippi and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Tennessee and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
