Caroline C. Loveless
Caroline is a member of the firm’s Business Services and Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring Groups. She focuses her practice on a wide array of business matters, including representing privately and publicly held companies in sales and acquisitions, formation of new business ventures, business planning and operations, real property construction and development, and commercial leasing. With Mississippi’s recent enactment of the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act, Caroline has advised clients on legal and regulatory issues related to starting a medical cannabis business, including corporate formation, real estate acquisition, zoning, permitting, government regulations, and regulatory compliance.
Caroline is active in a number of organizations, including Mississippi Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Jackson Young Lawyers, Madison County Bar Association, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, Capital Area Bar Association, Mississippi Women Lawyers Association and American Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division). She received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was Notes and Comments Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal, and her B.A., cum laude, in Public Policy Leadership from the University of Mississippi.
