Ken is a member of Butler Snow’s litigation department and practices within the Pharmaceutical, Device and Healthcare Litigation Group. He represents clients involved in products liability litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has taken a leading role on lead counsel teams in nationwide and coordinated medical products and pharmaceutical litigation.

Ken completed his undergraduate education at the University of the Pacific and earned his J.D.  from Hastings College of the Law at the University of California. He is admitted to the California and Tennessee State Bars, the U.S. District Court for all Districts of California, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the California and American Bar Associations.
