Scott Shanker has extensive experience representing hospitals and health systems, single- and multi-specialty physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers and ancillary service providers. He advises these clients in compliance with fraud and abuse, physician self-referral (Stark Act), self-disclosure and reporting, fee-splitting issues, licensure, enrollment and corporate practice of medicine issues. He also regularly assists clients with healthcare transactions, contracting matters, and day-to-day operational issues.
