Phillip Sykes focuses his practice on commercial, professional liability, and product liability litigation. His practice has taken him coast to coast with court appearances from California to New York.  

Phillip has been recognized by Chambers USA for his work in general litigation and The Best Lawyers in America® for nine categories. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He is actively involved with the International Association of Defense Counsel and serves as Vice Chair of Membership for the Business Litigation Committee and member of the CLE Steering Committee for the 2016 Midyear Meeting. 

Phillip obtained his J.D. from the University of Mississippi and is admitted The Mississippi Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
