Amy M. Pepke
Amy Pepke is the immediate past chair of the Firm’s Appellate and Written Advocacy Group. Her experience includes cases involving: class actions, mass torts, breach of contract, business disputes, unfair competition, patent infringement, antitrust and corporate investigations. She recently participated as a member of a Deferred Prosecution Federal Monitor Team for a medical device company. Amy also regularly advises clients on healthcare transactional matters, including sourcing and procurement contracting, research and development contracting, and compliance related issues.
Her work has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® and Mid-South Super Lawyers®. She is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and currently serves an appointment as Local Patent Rules Chair to the Standing Local Rules Committee Western District of Tennessee. Additionally, she has served in leadership positions for the Memphis Bar Association, Association of Women Attorneys and the Federal Bar Association.
Amy obtained her J.D. from Vanderbilt University and is admitted to the Tennessee State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
