Morgan practices within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Litigation Group. She also has experience with the intricacies of asbestos bankruptcy trusts and has assisted law firms in estimating settlement values in asbestos litigation. She has worked with state legislatures in passing asbestos bankruptcy trust transparency laws.

Morgan has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch across multiple practice areas, including health care law, mass tort litigation/class actions—defendants, bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights/insolvency and reorganization law and immigration law. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers® Mid-South Rising Star for personal injury—general: defense.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, and the Capital Area Bar Association. She volunteers with the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights and Mission First to assist refugees and other immigrants in legal matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor, highest honors, from The University of Iowa College of Law and bachelor’s from Grinnell College.
